Introduction
365scores ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") is committed to protecting the personal data of all players who access and use the 365scores Platform. Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy, 365scores acts as the personal information controller ("PIC") in respect of all personal data collected from players on the 365scores Platform. - Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID;
- Date of birth (used to verify that you are 21 years of age or older);
- Gender;
- Residential address within the Philippines (including city — e.g., Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati);
- Philippine mobile number;
- Email address;
- Username and encrypted password.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data
- Copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents (e.g., PhilSys Card, LTO Driver's License, Philippine Passport, UMID, Voter's ID, PRC ID);
- Selfie photographs submitted for facial verification purposes;
- Proof of address documents where required.
3.3 Financial Data
- GCash mobile number and account name;
- PayMaya account details;
- Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank online banking transactions;
- Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and timestamps;
- All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
3.4 Gaming & Behavioral Data
- Game history, including games played, wagers placed, and outcomes;
- Sports betting selections and settlement records;
- Session duration and login timestamps;
- Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status);
- Bonus and promotion usage history.
3.5 Technical & Device Data
- IP address and approximate geolocation;
- Device type, operating system, and browser type;

Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 365scores processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (i.e., the Terms & Conditions), including account management, payment processing, and game provision;

Data Retention

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
Data Security
365scores implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 365scores Platform;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and financial data;

- Right to erasure — you have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to our legal retention obligations;

- Right to data portability — you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;
- Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated.
365scores will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Children's Privacy
The 365scores Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 365scores does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the data, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required.

Third-Party Links
The 365scores Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment provider portals (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) that you are redirected to when making a deposit or withdrawal. Amendments to This Policy
365scores reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. When material changes are made to this Policy, we will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the 365scores Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
