Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 365scores ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 365scores online gaming platform, accessible at https://365scores.vip and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 365scores Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 365scores.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 365scores, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- You are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay;
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 365scores or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the 365scores Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
- You are not on any list of excluded or prohibited persons maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.
Identity Verification (KYC)
365scores is required to verify the identity and age of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. Upon registration — and at any subsequent point at the Company's discretion — you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include:
- Philippine National ID (PhilSys Card)
- Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Philippine Passport
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is successfully completed. 365scores reserves the right to void any winnings generated by an account that is subsequently found to belong to a player who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section.
Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 365scores Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering your 365scores account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 365scores shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Registration Information
The following information is required to create a 365scores account:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
- Date of birth (must confirm you are 21 years of age or older);
- Valid email address that you own and have access to;
- Philippine mobile number;
- Residential address within the Philippines;
- Preferred currency (Philippine Peso — PHP);
- A secure password of your choosing.
365scores reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365scores account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
All transactions and gameplay activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated such activity. 365scores shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 365scores support immediately via live chat. Upon receiving such notification, 365scores will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation into unauthorized account access.
Deposits & Withdrawals
365scores supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Online Banking, Banco de Oro (BDO) Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions on the 365scores Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction;
- Deposits are credited to your 365scores account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions;
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect in your account;
- 365scores does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees;
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your 365scores account.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per transaction;
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval during standard operating hours;
- Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days;
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 365scores account;
- 365scores reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal;
- Withdrawals may not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
Bonuses & Promotions
365scores offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification;
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
- 365scores reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension;
- Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms; unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
365scores reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that were credited as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error, regardless of whether such funds have already been wagered or withdrawn.
Gameplay Rules
All games available on the 365scores Platform — including live casino games, slot titles, bingo rooms, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type. These game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms.
By placing a wager on any game or market on the 365scores Platform, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market. 365scores shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game before wagering.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on 365scores cover Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong, among other events. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. 365scores reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the odds were manifestly incorrect.
Live Casino
Live casino games on 365scores — including Manila VIP Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Speed Roulette PH, and Crazy Time Mega — are operated by certified third-party live casino providers. The results of all live casino games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not influenced by 365scores or the player. All live casino games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 365scores will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. 365scores shall not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365scores Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account on the Platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 365scores;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365scores staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
Responsible Gaming
365scores is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 365scores players directly from their account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 365scores account;
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out;
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
- Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and amount wagered;

Intellectual Property
All content on the 365scores Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 365scores or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 365scores Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
- Use any 365scores trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application;
- Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of 365scores intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365scores and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions;
- Loss of data or account information;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
- Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
The 365scores Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In all cases, 365scores's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension & Termination
365scores reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- You are under 21 years of age;
- Your account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
- You have engaged in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation;
- Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 365scores;
- You have been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or are subject to international sanctions.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 365scores reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the player's own request — any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your 365scores account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 365scores, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our live chat support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
Players who believe that a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily by 365scores may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming operations.
Amendments to These Terms
365scores reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 365scores will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the 365scores Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
